Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your pieces as much as we loved creating them. However, if something isn’t quite right, you may request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

We accept exchanges and returns within 14 days from the delivery date.

Sample Sale items are eligible for exchange only (no refunds).

Items must be returned:

  • In new condition

  • Clean (no stains, odours, or makeup marks)

  • In the exact condition they were sent

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Portugal & Europe
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item. We offer the shipping of the new item.

If you are in Portugal, you may exchange or return your item free of charge at our atelier/store in Setúbal or Lisbon.

International Orders (outside Europe)
All shipping costs (return and new item) are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: We do not cover customs duties or taxes related to returned items.
However, if the item was sent incorrectly or arrives damaged, we will cover the shipping costs.

Returns & Refunds

Refunds apply to the value of the product only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The refund will be processed once the item has been received and inspected, and will be issued using the original payment method within a maximum of 15 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend sending your return via registered mail, as we are not responsible for lost items during transit.

If you are in Portugal, you may return your item free of charge at our atelier/store in Setúbal or Lisbon.
