The Designer
Benedita Formosinho is a fashion designer, graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Lisbon.
After an internship at designer Ricardo Preto's studio and some presentations and collaborations, he has been developing his own work in the area of clothing and accessories. She was one of the young designers selected for the SANGUE NOVO fashion show at Moda Lisboa 2020 and presented her ORIGEM collection.
Benedita Formosinho is driven by the desire to revalue details, manual techniques and ancestral Portuguese knowledge. Along the way, in contact with previous generations, he has learned about materials, techniques and experienced partnerships with artisans and small local productions.
